1. Do you accept international orders?
   

   We only ship to Canada and the USA at this time. We do not ship to P.O Boxes within Canada or USA.

2. How will you ship my order?
   

   We use UPS or USPS for all our orders because they are reliable couriers.  You will receive a tracking number after we’ve shipped your item for your tracking convenience.  For your protection, we will require a signature on delivery.

3. How quickly will I receive my order?
   

   Since we provide jewelry made to order for you, we make your jewelry once you purchase it.  It will take a few days for us to make your piece(s).  You should receive your order within 7-10 business days if you are in the USA.

   For Canadian orders, we will ship your order within 7 business days with an expedited shipping service.  An exact delivery time is hard to estimate due to the customs process.  Please note, that you are responsible for any duties levied in Canada.  Our shipping cost does not include customs duties.
