Art of Jewels - Return Policy
- Can I return my order if I don’t like it?
Our goal at Art of Jewels is to delight each and every one of our customers. If however you are not satisfied with your order, you can return your order for a refund or exchange up to 15 days from the day you receive it. This way you can take the time you need to make your decision. This refund/exchange does not include shipping costs incurred by you. We cannot provide a refund for items that show signs of wear.
Canadian customers please note that customs duties are not refunded by Art of Jewels because we do not collect them at the source. Please contact your customs office for more information on customs duties.
- How do I return my order?
Please let us know you will be returning your item and your reason for return by sending us an email at returns@artofjewels.com. We will send you return instructions.
For your own protection, you must insure the package for its full value before you ship it back to us for your refund. You must also enclose a copy of the receipt in order to receive a refund. We will refund you using the original purchase method within five days of the receipt of the item(s).
