We have tried to provide photos that are as detailed as possible. In order to provide you with quality images of our pieces, photos on the website are not true to size. We do make an effort to list the dimensions of every piece.
When shopping for jewelry or anything online, it is important to note that since all computer monitors are set differently and different manufacturers make different monitors, the color of the pieces you order may appear slightly different in real life than on your monitor.
Our drag and drop tool depicts a good approximation of the final jewelry item. We know that you'll be very pleased when you open the box and see for yourself!
- What is the quality of your gemstones?
We are very proud of the quality of gemstones that we offer. Many of our competitors keep their prices low by using substandard gemstones. We pride ourselves on giving you the best value - the best quality at a reasonable price. Please see our gemstone quality guide .
- Is your 14K jewelry made of real gold?
Yes, we only use the finest 14K yellow and white gold for our jewelry. We also use only sterling silver for our silver jewelry.
- Is every piece available in white and yellow gold and silver?
Much of our jewelry is available in 14K white gold or 14K yellow gold or sterling silver. You will be able to switch from one to the other when you customize the item.
- How long does it take>
Since we provide jewelry customized just for you, we make your jewelry once you purchase it. It will take a few days for us to make your piece(s). We ship your jewelry using an expedited service within 7-10 business days if you are in the USA. You should receive your jewelry within 2 to 3 days of our shipment.
For Canadian orders, we also ship your order within 7 to 10 business days with an expedited shipping service. An exact delivery time is hard to estimate due to the customs process. Please note, that you are responsible for any duties levied in Canada. Our shipping cost does not include customs duties.
- Do you charge sales tax?
Only California residents will be charged a sales tax.
- How does customization work?

- What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or debit card through PayPal. You don't need to have PayPal account nor do you have to create a PayPal account to use PayPal. We use PayPal as our credit card processor for your security. See our security policies for more details.
